From your dreams, to the careful placement of the last doorknob on your new structure, Corbin Dozier Design follows the ancient tradition of the Master Builder. We begin by capturing the essence of your dreams and creating the sketches and computer drawings and details which bring them into reality, making every effort to capitalize on views and restraints.  This often takes dozens of redraws, but the understanding between the dreamer and the designer which is established during this time, assures you that what you dreamed is not only possible, but that it will progress within our projected budget.  Even the estimating is done in-house on computer, with your input on each phase, so that extravagances and economies are placed where you desire, not where it is most advantageous for a cost-cutting contractor.  Because of this understanding, nothing is lost in the transition between the designer and contractor, and the construction process begins very quickly.  There is no lag time waiting for several bidders.   As a matter of fact, we may begin the initial stages of construction while some final details are still being decided.   And our professional staff will be with you every step of the way until the last detail is added.
